Well, I think that any of the blow up dolls are going to be as realistic as a blow up doll can be... they will all have the basic features of the female anatomy, the quality of the detail however will increase based on the price... but in general, they will not feel like a real woman!

I'd definitely recommend you to buy a good pocket pussy instead of a sex doll! These dolls are blown up and they are not realistic at all!

I would not recommend any of a full-sized love dolls! They are basically balloons and do NOT feel realistic.
