My man has PLENTY girth and his length is not bad, but sometimes I'd like him to go a little deeper....is there a sleeve that will help with the length for a GIRTHY guy?

Anything that slips over the penis is going to add girth, that's just the way it is. The only way it's not is if it's as thin as a condom, which would make for an easily breakable toy.
Of what's available here on EF, the thinnest extenders (¼") are the Senso Extension – Penis Sleeve and Silicone Penis Extension – Penis Sleeve.

Although cyberskin is not the safest material in the slightest it is however an amazing feeling product and they make an extra thick extender with a thick head which is very nice(it will need replacement often) options include a 2" and 4" length extension also increases girth but I think it could be cut short and stretched thinner if wanted. We have both and usually use the 2" but he is 9" and 2.5" thick without any extender so with the 4" he is 13"... She loves it but doesn't walk very well next day
