Give me some wiggle room for this question. I have never used or tried a glow toy but I have used a glow in the dark condom. That said, it was loads of fun because it was a novelty but I wouldn't say it was any different than a regular condom considering nobody can see the glowing dick during sex. I imagine a glowing dildo would have the same appeal. A fun novelty but completely comparable to a regular dildo.
