How far to insert vaginal balls?

I'm really interested in getting these but a little wary of the fact that there is no retrieval cord (even though I know they can't get "lost"), but my question is, how far in do you insert the exercisers so that they are in the right place?
Or is there even a right place or depth at all?

I don't own these and I have been interested in purchasing them. Now that you have given us details on how to insert and take them out. I'm going to have to put this on my list to purchase next.. Thanks so much

Here's what works for me with Kegel balls.

Lube the top of the first ball, insert it only until it rests behind the muscle that holds in your tampon. The second ball will NOT go in "all the way" but will usually be half way out and gently hold your inner lips open. Leave it that way. There is no reason to shove BOTH balls into your body all the way. The second ball usually is only half way in.

When they are inserted like this, you can get the best use of the balls to tone your muscles.

Enjoy!

I just realized these ball aren't attached to each other.

I'd insert only ONE ball at a time. Just behind the PC muscle that holds your tampon in. Large side of the "egg" first. You get it out by pushing like when you are in labor, (or...uh, going to the bathroom) or coughing or even having an orgasm (usually.) I wouldn't put both in at once, as they aren't attached, and with double balls that are attached to each other, you don't insert the second ball all the way. That configuration wouldn't work with the second ball because it isn't being held in by the first one.

Is it just due to their size that you say don't put both in? I've heard from different people with the round balls that they put both in (no pull string or attached)?

I had round glass balls that weren't attached that were a HUGE PAIN to try to get out. I have pretty strong muscles, but it was still tough! I think these are beautiful, but I'm not sure if I'll get them because of how tough they probably are to remove.

They look neat but I don't like not having a retrieval cord or anything. Reading everyone's posts here helped me to understand how you use them. When I first saw them my first impression was confusion and the thought that they were kind of intimidating looking, but then again I've never used anything like this before.

I would say you could use one or both at the same time it is up to the person and size of your woowho. I put both in the first time, but one is better for me. Removing can be fun for to do, but pushing or useing your finger or have you partner help.

Every woman is a different depth so the proper depth is where they are comfortable and not falling out.

As far as a retrieval string, a retrieval method is only necessary for anal objects. Unless your cervix is open (in which case you shouldn't have anything inside you), there is no play for vaginal toys to go. No matter how far back they feel like they are, if you bear down, you can pop them out. It may take some work but that's kind of the point of working your kegels. You are strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.

If you are unfamiliar with what those are and what bearing down is like. Think about the muscles you use to stop your pee mid-stream or to keep from peeing. Bearing down is a lot like letting go to pee but more pronounced, like pushing pee out quickly.

so, anyone got a non-human pregnancy thing? I do, and I will be ordering both these and the larger version. anyhoo, the muscles the in pelvis are the strongest in the body; though you might have them in a minute or two before you figure out how to push them out, your body knows what to do with them.

The larger blue ones are good too and have used both them and these pink ones with a thrusting vibe pushing them really deep. They haven't got lost yet and as described above are pushed out with your internal muscles. I don't even lube mine anymore, they lube me up p,entry once inside but start with the lube until your comfortable with them. Personal moisturizer works well on these as well.
