I'm DYIN for larger toy storage!

Contributor: MamaDivine MamaDivine
OK, I hate to say this, but I might just have to break down and get something from walmart or target to store my toys in.

I have purchased two of the lock boxes and a devine toy chest and STILL not enough room (i also use a bedside night stand) for all my stuff!

Since I haven't seen/heard anything about those massive chests coming back, I am thinking that a lockable tote would do me better justice I just can't see purchasing four more lock boxes just to store these darn things LMAO! They're cute, don't get me wrong....but seriously outgrowing my stash.

Anyone else have suggestions for how they store their items?
It definitely needs to lock (for me).

Or, does anyone know if they will be bringing back anything of the "Chest" sort? The huge one that was like 100 bucks? Cause Im hurtin' bad!!! lmao

I went to winners and purchased a storage box with a flip down lid that zips closed, you can lock it with a travel lock. It's huge and it only cost me $14 bucks. slides right under the bed or fits on a shelf, but it's nice enough to leave out if I want. You could buy a few for the price of a large toy chest Hope that helps!

I think I heard they might bring them back this summer but in the meantime check out sephora train cases. That is what I am considering getting.

What about a storage trunk? You can put it at the end of the bed, many people have them for various types of storage, and they're pretty easy to find.

I have plastic shelves for the ones that I use and the ones I take on trips I have in a suit case on wheels with a handle that I bought from K-mart.

We use a large mechanics tool chest in our play room. It has various sized drawers to keep everything nicely organized. It would not be suitable for everyone, but it has worked perfectly for our needs. We absolutely love it.

We quickly outgrew everything else.

Wow! I didn't think one would have that big of a toy collection!! I think it's kinda cool!

I'd have to suggest a large trunk at the end of your bed!

I started picking up zippered pencil cases, like the kind you get for school. The dollar stores are a great place to score them. I have a big drawer in my bathroom and one drawer of my dresser filled. But it's a nice way to keep things organized, especially small bullets.

I've started looking at large antique chests for this exact reason. I also saw a zebra print one that caught my eye...
