I agree with Camoprincess. My breasts are not sensitive whatsoever so lace has never bugged me. If you're most sensitive, I could imagine the lace would be rough.

Mine aren't super sensitive anymore so the lace in fact helps arouse me, I find it very stimulating.

I prefer lace overlay myself, at least for my bras. As for my underwear, I like a lace edge or back. But I prefer full coverage at the front.
