I don't recommend using any clamp for longer than say 15 minutes at a time. Start with light pressure...not the butterfly clamps out of the gate. I often use the clamps in combination with nipple suction, rotating their use during a session. The clamps slow circulation in the nipple & suction increases it. More intense for me. Hope that helps
