I say "men" because ANY penetrative toy can be used anally on males, regardless of who it's marketed towards. PLUS men have masturbation sleeves, fleshlights, cock rings, pumps and so on. Vibrating toys like bullets can also be used on males.

I don't think people are considering this, they're only considering who the toys are MARKETED towards. Yes, most toys are MARKETED towards women, but that has nothing to do with who they can be used on.
