It's a cock ring. There's not enough room for strength. Even the high-end ones like those from Lelo aren't all that strong; although, the Tor II is certainly better than any of the watch battery rings.

We are a big fan of the 4us cock ring. It's fairly powerful, but we also like it for the uniqueness of the design. Relieves the pressure of the urethra and positions the vibrator closer to the clitoris.

But realistically, it's not going to be any more powerful than any small battery powered bullet vibe.
