I was just listening to this sex podcast today and they had a urologist on. He said they're great if you're older (50+) and you have a hard time getting a full erection. Penis pumps will not increase your stamina, they make desensitizing sprays/creams for that. I haven't tried any but from reviews they tend to be hit or miss so you might need to try a few.

Some might but a lot I've looked at they say don't work that well, guess it depends on which one you get.

I have a penis pump. I use mine when I need a little help along with a ring. But I dont use it every day so I dont know if it causes any permanent changes or not. I just dont think about using it every day.
