My husband LOVES them. He hardly ever has sex with me without using one. I don't personally find that they get in the way. I'd assume he doesn't either given how much he uses them.

I only have one that I would say gets in the way, but the bullet is bigger than a standard egg vibe. The wife enjoys the vibes on that one so I use it anyway.
