We've looked at several different cock rings. I recommend reading several reviews when it comes to vibrating cock rings. They seem to be hit and miss- partially depending on design. Partially on anatomy. You need to look for ones that have great reviews consistently.
As for ones that divide the balls, I did a review on Figure 8 cock and balls Toy. It may be just us (and my husband's sensitive anatomy), be we couldn't make it work. The picture looks really hot, but it just wasn't practical at all.
I haven't seen another one that has actually worked, but maybe others have.

I did not post here before because I have no experience with cock rings/devices that separate the testicles, however only one response is pretty dismal. Jimbo Jones has a review on one such device here. If his review isn't much help, then I'd suggest sending him a private message for more advice. My impression is that these kinds of things don't work very well though, so best of luck to you in finding a good one.

I think that the product that Jimbo looked at may be your best bet. It was more of a "cupping" type product. link It's incredibly stretchy.. you have to manually tie it yourself but my husband was able to do all sorts of things with it including diving his balls.

Sadly I am a little late viewing and responding to this discussion, but it might still help! Both cock ring combos you suggested (vibrating and dividing) are very sadly either great or terrible, emphasis on terrible. A vibrating cock ring has the chance to be fun but as you can see by the reviews is a 5 star or 1 star. The anatomy of the southern region does not do well very too big, too small, too constricting, not constricting enough etc. For that reason you will be hard pressed to find something that works right off the bat. I would suggest going for something simple to start and working from there. I have many cock rings, some vibrating, some dividing, some both. And yet finding a great one is more like winning the lottery. If you are set on something vibrating, read the reviews! As for dividing, try for something adjustable; Even then it might be hit or miss. Get an idea for what you like and go from there!
