Short answer no. Long answer is technically it is possible but just washing a toy after every use makes an infection almost impossible. Everyone hides there sex toys in a clean, safe place or washes them before use.

Feel free to buy anti-bacterial cleaners but you don't really need them, just using common sense of "if someone is going near my penis/pussy I better wash it first" will be fine.
