Actually, I hardly use mine anymore. Most of mine are ridiculously tight and uncomfortable. I think for me, it helps with stamina.

Personally, I love using cock rings. Wearing a cock ring helps me get hard faster (if I'm not already), makes my cock stiffer as well as thicker, plus a good cock ring will help keep my cock hard, even if I take a "breather" during sex or masturbation.
