So far the ones we like are the ones that go around both but not just one ring. Like we have one that has two separate rings with the cock one on top and then one just for the balls below that one. And then the other one that we like has one large ring that goes around both and then just a smaller one inside the larger one for the cock.

Ohmy (Guy) I've mainly used ones that go around the shaft - both vibrating and non-vibrating. The ones that go around the balls to be uncomfortable. C-Rings do not decrease the flow to the penis, it restricts the flow out of the penis. The affect on the penis then is more time then not a thicker penis plus a little in length.
The reason that they are so popular is because, to men that do use them the extra width and length, added to the feeling of orgasm with it on is intense. I really like the look of the ones that go around both, but my partner prefers the ones that only go around the shaft.
