Eh, I just try to make sure I don't leave them out if someone is going to come into my room. When I lived at home, I used to hide them under some clothes, but now I just stick them in their boxes and leave them in my bedside table. My Hitachi is plugged in and left in between my bed and bedside table, so if they were really looking around I'm sure they could find it. I don't really care, and I think they'd probably be more embarrassed to have accidentally taken out my sex toys. I don't broadcast the fact that I have them, but I'm not ashamed either.
Do you ever worry someone will look at your sex toy storage container and think I bet there's sex toys in there??

I don't just leave them laying around, by I don't go out of my way to hide them ether.

I don't hide my toys very well, so I'm sure that if someone got curious they could easily find them. I don't really care though. It's a personal choice and I have nothing to be embarrassed about.

A little bit, and I do definitely want to put a discreet lock on my box, but it's just a smallish decorative trunk, so I don't feel like it's at all likely that someone would think anything of it.

I wonder if I have a fancy wooden box for kleenex someone will wonder why I need that for tissues and will open the drawer because their curious..especially after I get a bunch of locking storage..I want to have some things just in reach I don't have to unlock to get to like condoms lube and a toy or 2 would be nice...I want the condom cube but I also want the storage box that looks just like it so someone could see the condoms in there and look at the matching box and think OH I bet theres sex toys in there...but the locking condom case isn't convenient like I would always remember when I'm in my bedroom waiting for my boyfriend to show up to unlock the condom cases so I don't have to when I need one.
I know I've gotten paranoid after I had my used sex toys stolen...I really like that this holds kleenex I prefer it over the toibox less

I'm not really concerned about people "discovering" that I have toys either, but if I'd had them stolen like you had, that would be a whole different issue. I'd probably find a way to put a lock on something large, that couldn't easily be picked up and carried out, like a trunk, hope chest, or dresser drawer. I notice it has been a while since your initial post. Did you end up getting the tissue box?

I don't think you should be worried. The drawer is pretty well disguised, and no one who isn't familiar with sex toy storage would guess that there's a secret compartment, unless they're seriously snooping. My mom knows I have sex toys, and I occasionally leave them out, so I'm not worried about that, but I do get a little nervous when I have a visitor hanging out in my room that they'll open my nightstand drawer and see lubes and toys galore...

Nope I use my Eden totes for mine and they are hidden in my closet. The storage case I did get I have lip balms in there.

I didn't start buying toys until after I moved out of my mom's house for this very reason; I was always too worried that she'd stumble upon them. Now that I live alone, I'm not too worried, and I'll leave things out (photographing for a review, air drying after cleaning, etc). I'm a grown a$$ woman and not too shy about toys any more.
