I like to be dominated - is there any furniture geared more towards that type of thing?

Was going to suggest this. We have the Black Label Ramp. The restraints are decent. It's not super bondage or anything, but they do well enough. You can get them pretty tight.

Black Label from Liberator, if you have the money. Using some hand cuffs and some tethers and then bound to any regular furniture always works for us.

Really you can use pretty much any piece of furnature for that purpose, you just need to be a little creative about it.

Our favorite to use is an ottoman and we just tie my cuffs to the legs of the ottoman so I can't really move, but it still comfortable.

I've been doing some homework of my own in the past couple of days, and I have to agree with some others that the Liberator brand has some pieces with restraints. Neckties on the bed posts work pretty well, too.

Liberator has some options. Their website has more selection than EF offers.
