Hey everyone!

I just received one of these for review. I've never owned any Liberator furniture because I have admittedly thought they were overpriced and probably not worth it. Recently I decided to give their furniture a try with this little heart wedge. I just got it today and I actually think it's adorable and seems really, really well made! So far I'm very impressed (and possibly won over?) and I haven't even used it yet.

I'm excited to give it a spin but the little guide that came with it only had suggested uses for the regular wedge, which is a bit larger. This heart shaped wedge is comparatively small and possibly too small for my butt. Definitely too small for my partner's! Does anyone have this and/or just have any suggestions for how I can try this that wouldn't involve me sitting on it?

While I have the regular Wedge and not the Heart, I think the principle is still basically the same. The Heart is smaller, but still should be enough for most people to provide hip and/or lower back support, even if your entire butt doesn't rest on the cushion. The obvious advantages in this position are for positions such as missionary or easier access for oral. We also hug the Wedge while on our stomach for more comfortable back door access. Again, this can be for doggie style, oral, or rimming. You could also rest on it on your side in an "L" position with your legs for a different approach. I think the nice thing is that you are basically limited by your imagination. Just play around with it in different positions and see how it can help. We also have the regular wedge - I'd have to read some reviews to see if the shape is just a gimmicky - or if there is something functional about it.

We basically use our Wedges (both Heart and regular) for elevating the hips while lying on the back. While your butt might be too big to completely fit on the Heart Wedge, the Wedge should still be supportive enough to hold you up even if you're bigger than the wedge without any issue.

Other recommendations? You can also bend over it for support for you body in doggy style. It can elevate the hips while on yoru back to make oral sex more comfortable. It can be used as a pillow for the guy while doing girl-on-top.

For better pictures, I recommend checking out the Liberator Jaz pictures on the Liberator website. The Jaz is about the same size as the Heart Wedge. The regular Wedge pictures should all still apply, though, even though the Heart Wedge is smaller.

It's not gimmicky, per se, but it isn't much of an improvement on the Wedge - depending upon your needs. I have sex toys openly everywhere, but the Heart Wedge is more discreet than the Wedge which is mostly its selling point. Plus, it's cute. However, for me, the regular Wedge was a *lot* more supportive for heavier body weights. The Heart Wedge did work as a position cushion though.

I can't wait to see some EF reviews of it too.

I'm actually seriously considering getting it (I don't have space for any of the bigger pieces right now) simply for rimming my boyfriend. I think the little bit of lift it will give under his pelvis will be just right to get him in a position perfect for both of us, plus alleviate him having to support himself so he can fully relax.

Can't wait to read the review!

Some of the positions we have used the wedge for are:

Leaning over it for a modified doggy position

Putting it under your rear for an elevated missionary

Putting it behind yours or your boyfriend's back (whoever is on the bottom) for a different angle during missionary or cowgirl.

Putting it under the knees of the person on the bottom, for another slightly different angle during those previous positions.

Based on NuMe & Mistress Kay's comments - and my experience I'd stay with the wedge. I use it for rimming my wife an a pretty regular basis and it works just as you've described.

This is an AWESOME idea! I hadn't thought of using this for better access for rimming (both giving and receiving) but that sounds REALLY hot!!! Thank you, you totally got me excited about this now!!!

@ Mistress Kay & Kindred, thank you both for your suggestions! I am glad to hear that it will likely still be useful during missionary sex even if my butt (or my partner's) doesn't fit completely on it. I hadn't considered the L-shape but that sounds really fun, I will certainly try that!

These are great suggestions, if anyone else has others then please post them. This thread will probably be useful to others considering getting this or the regular wedge.

I've got both the normal Wedge, and the Heart Wedge, and honestly, I like my Heart Wedge better. It stays in my living room, and no one is the wiser. Though I'll be honest and say I don't use it any differently than I do the normal Wedge.

I've used this thing for just about everything under the sun.

I have the Liberator Flip Ramp, and I couple the Heart Wedge with it when I lay on my back on the Flip Ramp so my head's not upside down. I have the Wedge/Ramp Combo, and have taken to using the Heart Wedge as a pillow when using the Ramp for masturbation, watching TV or playing video games.

Honestly, I find the Heart Wedge more comfortable than the normal Wedge. But... that's just me.

(Oh, and as for them being pricey... It's true. Lib is pricey. But I swear it's worth it. I absolutely love my Liberator gear.)

I really would like to have furniture specially made for sex. All my "sex furniture" are makeshift and Id imagine one specifically made for sex would be great. For this, Id just lay belly first or something just to elevate your hips enough for good g-spot contact on the lower side or leaning over the higher side for deeper penetration. It looks awesome.

I've determined that it's really a matter of what your size is. If you're on the larger side then opt for the regular Wedge because it's more spacious. The Heart Wedge is smaller, although roughly the same angle as the original. The size is honestly the only difference that I can see. If you think you'll fit okay on the Heart then I'd recommend just because it's cheaper!

i want this one! idk what it does really but worth a try =] i am waiting til i can do some more video reviews on items i have then use GC to get it since now $25 and more is free shipping and with double points right now itll be quick i hope!

I really like that this is smaller then the wedge. I would think use this under your hips to push you up a little. Just an idea.

Put it under your butt/lower back, or his. We have a Jaz, which is a similar size. Even if your whole butt doesn't fit on it, you'll find it incredibly supportive.
