What would you put in your sex room?

I've fantasised about getting a house with my bf someday and turning the basement into a smoke lounge/sex dungeon. So it'd have a bar and couches and a flat screen tv and colored lights and all that cool stuff, and then when you flip some things around you get a super sexy and kinky BDSM sex dungeon. He's better at imagining what it would look like than I am, but it would have at least a cage, one of those sawhorse type things, stocks and other positioning contraptions, hooks from the ceiling to suspend cuffs from, hooks in the floor to connect cuffs to, basically hooks everywhere for attaching things, and other fun stuff like that.
