I haven't tried this toy anally, but it gets really big after the bend and the bend will keep anything from getting sucked in so you're safe for using this as an anal toy. It's silicone so it should be able to be sterilized (boiled, 10% bleach solution) after anal play if you want to use it in the vagina again.

doesn't look like it'll be too comfortable with the bend.

I wouldn't go beyond that curve, but just using the three stacked balls would be ok. You'd have to be careful and not go nuts with it, but the narrow part would help lock it in a bit.
