I'm curious whether they pull enough power to provide a good POW?
Anyone have any USB toys?

Not really, unless weaker vibrations do it for you. I have Mia and the Cocomini, and neither are strong enough for me.

I had a small vibe that plugged in to your USB port and REALLY loved it. Got it for $5 on another site's closeout. It lasted for a little under a year before the wire frayed and it officially died.

I only have the Mia, and I like the strength of the vibrations. For me, it's about as strong as the other Lelo toys I've tried (Mona and Gigi). I really wish there were more that charged this way!

I tend to prefer vibes on the stronger side, but Mia does provide strong enough vibes for me. If you are in need of serious power, it's not the way to go, but I would the vibes are average or intermediate.

The "USB-something-weird-t hat's-not-computer" stuff basically uses your computer as an expensive AC adaptor. You can't get much power from it, and I'm too worried about knocking a computer off accidentally during use to worry about it. If there was one that had decent power you could use something like the adaptor that Apple uses with the iPhones that just provides power but no USB signals.

I feel the same way about Mia. I have Liv and the vibrations are comparable. I really like my Mia, with it I feel so tech savvy.

I didn't even KNOW there were USB powered toys.

You know there are adaptors out that have USB's in them that plug into your mains power so you dont have to use the computer.
I'm going to buy one - only for the fact that I need to convert US plugs in AU version and it happens to have the USB in it ... BONUS!
Makes me wonder if it would be any difference (power wise) than using the computers USB. I'll have to get a USB toy and let ya know!
