Beginner needing quiet vibrator

Contributor: flamefire flamefire
Hey I want to buy my first vibrator, but I live in a dorm with three other girls and have very thin walls. Even though we are all girls here I would still be embarrassed if they heard me. Could someone recommend a vibrator (maybe a rabbit vibrator) that is good for beginners and is QUIET!? Thanks

LELO's are always very quiet and very powerful. However, they can be quite expensive.

Maybe try link I know not many people think it's powerful enough, but it was my second vibe after a LELO and I thought it was plenty. I still use it quite frequently.

Another option is to look at the vibrators here and sort by 'buzz'. Click the first two and it should be quiet enough for you.

I also live in the dorms so I completely understand where you're coming from. Lemme know if I can help at all =)

You may also want to buy a massager style vibrator and complain of back problems. "Ugh, my back is killing me, I'm going to go deal with that"

I have friends in dorms who swear by that method. However, if you're dead set on a rabbit. this looks good.and not too pricey. I also recommend Ina by LELO, but they are expensive and students are generally not in a position to be spending tons of money. Though if you can bring yourself to save up, they're fantastic, rechargeable (which saves you loads on batteries) and last forever, which cheaper rabbits don't tend to.

Also please make sure if you use a porous toy you pop a condom on it before use, many cheaper materials either hold bacteria or emit nasty chemicals (and sometimes both).

If you can, a silicone toy is your best bet.

Another great silicone rabbit is the Tango by Fun Factory or if you want something silicone but a bit cheaper the Fonzie by Feelztoys might suit.
