Better than chocolate and Layaspot

Just curious if anyone has tried rechargeable batteries in these two toys???
I recently got a toy that refuses to run on rechargeables (which to me is really annoying and odd).
Im torn between these two. So if one doesnt like rechargeable batteries, it may seal the deal for me.

There's another thread happening right now that's all about rechargeable batteries in toys, with the conclusion that a particular brand works where others fail. Sounds promising to me:

Oops, that's the link to the batteries, but I forgot to include the link to the thread:

Thanks for the link. I'll have to get some of those batteries.
I'd like to buy either the Better than Chocolate or the LAYAspot so want to find out for sure that they will accept rechargeables or not.

I have the layaspot and use rechargeables in it. I've actually never had a toy that has rejected my rechargeables. Thank goodness! Otherwise I'd reject the toy!

Awesome. Have you tried different brands of rechargeables in it? I use energizers at this stage.
I have only come across one toy that didnt like them - Jenna's Velvet Jewel mini vibrator. I thought it was faulty at first.
Seems to like the throw-aways.
Im the same - thats why I asked if they will take them cause I hate the constant expense of normal batteries.
Thankyou for that. Its the Layaspot that I was leaning towards getting first.

I do Brown Bag parties and we never use rechargeable Batteries. In the classes they told us that they don't last as long and aren't as powerful.
