It depends on what you're looking for. Are you more of an external user or internal? The bloom seems to be favored for clitoral stimulation and can be inserted. Vitality is designed as a rabbit, with more a focus on internal stimulation.
Basically, whats more important? Clitoris? Go with Bloom. Vag? Go with vitality. If we're only choosing between these two. The rest of the specs are the same (company, material, etc)

Bloom is a G-vibe, maybe a clit vibe on a stick, but it's honestly a bit too buzzy for the first use, and a little under-powered for the second. Vitality is a very flexible rabbit, which is kind of its downfall. But I would say the Vitality is stronger. I like the Vitality more than the Bloom, personally.
