The really low safety rating is off-putting to me and I don't see the point in a scented toy...it doesn't go up your nose.

I don't think I'd want a toy with an extra chemical added to the material. I've heard that if you can smell something, it's particulate. I once saw a red toy like this one that had glitter embedded in it, and couldn't help but wonder if folks who used it ended up with glitter all over their happy parts.
