I also have this! My partner is just okay with pegging, but only sometimes. I mostly want to make him suck it and stuff. When I watch porn, I also seem to put myself in the place of the man? I wouldn't at all say I'm transgender, but the fact that I don't have a penis has caused me lots of unhappiness many times throughout my life. Sometimes, though, it does seem like it's for the better—I don't think I could enjoy being a man outside of the craving for my own penis!
