The Spur would be a good choice for a realistic beginner dildo for pegging. It's made of body safe, dual-density silicone and is reasonably small.

If you are looking for something more natural...with a scrotum, then you should definitely consider the Goodfella.
It is pricey, but it is easily the most realistic toy we own.
