I don't think too many people would actually wear that in public, but if you did double sided sticky tape is def the way to go.

I like that this somehow made it into the "vibrators" category, ha.
If double sided tape doesn't work, I know a few people who just wear things like that with a bandeau underneath, and then it doesn't matter to them if it moves to the side or not. If you're too busty to fit in a bandeau, like I am, but still want to wear a shirt like that out, I don't really have any suggestions if the body tape fails to work.
