G-spot play

Contributor: LikeSunshineDust LikeSunshineDust
Ok, so I got the Royal G, and it's my first g-spot toy and I was so frickin excited. Cept I went to use it last night and I had the overwhelming sense that I had to pee, and I had just gone. So even though it felt good, the "gotta go" feeling was really distracting. I know this is normal since your bladder is right on the other side of your g-spot, but does anyone have advice on using g-spot toys and how to minimize the "gotta go"? I'm gonna give it another try tonight, maybe it's just something I have to let my body get used to.

First, I always empty my bladder before any sexual activity. This is just to make sure I don't actually pee.

Second, that "need to pee" feeling is very common before female ejaculation (squirting). From what I have read and experienced, getting past the feeling that you are going to pee is one of the hardest part of female ejaculation.

I don't usually have the "need to pee" sensation without g-spot stimulation, but once I learned how to ejaculate I found that extreme arousal can also cause it without g-spot stimulation. There are also lots of instances where women have g-spot orgasms without ejaculating. I just picked up on that part of what you said because of the "need to pee" sensation you described.

There are several great forum postings on here about this. Try searching for "squirting" in the forums. I have to say the explanations I've read on this site are more informative and accurate to my experiences than just a general web search on the topic.

Knowing that I have already emptied my bladder lets me be comfortable enough to release completely with orgasm, including ejaculating. When I feel like I'm going to orgasm and that "need to pee" feeling is so overwhelming, I push against that feeling and it allows me to let it out - literally. This is one of those mind-over-matter times to allow me to relax enough to enjoy things without being concerned I'm going to pee everywhere.

One way I found that I could enjoy this more was to do it by myself several times until I was assured that I was ejaculating, not peeing. I actually tasted it to make sure. Yeah, yeah - I know that sounds gross, but I figured worst-case scenario I'd get a little pee in my mouth. Sure enough, it doesn't taste like pee at all. In fact, it's somewhat sweet.

Another note - I didn't experience this for the first time until just earlier this year not long after my 30th birthday. I had felt that "need to pee" sensation lots of times, but I didn't know enough to even ask someone what it meant. I just figured, like you, that it was something to have to deal with.

Congratulations! It's great that you are learning so much about your body at a younger age.

Wow! Very thorough explanation Happy Lady! I'm really glad I happened across this post too because, I also experience the "need to pee" sensation and I've fought it for years! I guess that's why I've never actually squirted. I always emptied my bladder beforehand but was terrified I'd pee all over hubby! He wouldn't really care but I would DAMN IT! =) I'm definitely looking forward to exploring this more now! Thanks!
