gerr cant the EF bullet for signing up for the newsletter!?!

gerr so i did the sign up for the EF news letter thing and got the free bullet. so it was in my cart... well i left and came back to add something else to my cart before checking out well it didn't give it to me for free and i cant go back and put it back in my cart. i really wanted it.

Same here. I restarted my computer to update software and check for viruses and when I signed back into my EF account I lost my compare list and the bullet. I'm so sad.

We have noticed that if you close out of the window, the bullet totally disappears. We are working to try and figure out what's going on; if this is by design or by error (though myself and Jaimes think it's the second one)

Until we figure it out, please shoot us a ticket or email me (or Jaimes) about the bullets disappearing.

We will do the best we can to get you a replacement, just send us a message in our emails or ticket system with all your order information and we'll go from there.

I'm trying to reproduce the problem, but the bullet stays in my cart no matter what
Were you logged in when adding the bullet to your cart? What browser did you use? What happened between the time you place the bullet in your cart and it disappearing?
We're looking into this issue, but for now, please contact customer service if this happens to you. They will gladly help you!

I was logged in and using Firefox. i added it to my cart and then went to search for something else i wanted to get to add to the cart and when i went to check out it said the bullet was full price instead of free. so i thought with like everything else you can go back and put it back in the cart and it will be free again but the page said id already done that action and couldn't do it again. so i took the bullet out of my cart. it does the same thing with the free face book and gift items sometimes too it will be in the cart and if you go to a different page for to long and come back it will say its full price instead of free but with those you can go back and re-add them to the cart.

This issue has yet to be resolved, I took the bullet out because I was pricing out a separate order from the one I plan on placing this upcoming week but when I went to put the free bullet back in it said I already applied for the offer...but I haven't ****ing ordered it! what the hell EF :\ please fix, I need more bullets in my collection :'( needs to be fixed by tuesday morning or I'm shit out of luck for yet another freebie (like the last 4 I've JUST missed after placing an order)
