Before discovering this wonderful site I ordered a Ultimate Bendables Love Bunny from them, because it was about 20 dollars cheaper than most places. I just got my package today and instead of the normal thick plastic casing most toys come in this one was shipped in its box wrapped in almost a thick sort of cellophane..no actual sort of packaging that I'm used to...and thus I've yet to try it. Has anyone else had experiance with this site, or know why perhaps they package things this way? Just seemed a bit odd to me.
Has anyone had any experiance with healthyandactive.com?

Is that an amazon.com third party seller? The name sounds familiar, but the site doesn't look familiar at all.

Yahoo. I called customer service, the way they explained it to me is that they are sent it like that at times by the manufactorer when items become clearance, and its how they receive them. Still paranoid, best way to sterilize? I was thinking very hot water and a bit of bleach or baking soda.

That's probably good enough. If it's coming from the factory, it shouldn't be crawling with bacteria. I've ordered from Healthy and Active before. It's actually one website of a larger company. The same company also fronts Extreme Restraints (link) and other websites (I can't remember them all). They're usually very quick with customer service and always have great discounts due to their high volume.

I bought from them before I found Eden. The packaging for one of the toys was a little iffy for me as well.

10% bleach solution or antibacterial soap should be fine—baking soda doesn't disinfect, that I'm aware of.
