Help with the battery compartment!

Contributor: onehotmomma onehotmomma
I recently got the bcute vibe, and it takes 1 AA battery to operate. For some reason the battery compartment is so tight I can't ever get the battery out afterwards. I have to vigorously shake it or smack it upside down to get it to come out. Is there a certain trick I should know about to get it out easier? I don't have very many of the smaller vibes so I've never had this problem before.

Maybe a small piece of tape on the battery to pull it back out?

I shake and smack mine too, so as far as I know, no trick. If there's a piece of paper surrounding the outside of the battery compartment, you can take that out and teh batteries will come out more easily, but the batteries will also rattle around more during use.

tape sounds good, but try a paperclip bent to prick it out. wish you luck

Perhaps a little grease on the side of the battery?

Not sure how the battery sits, but maybe a piece of string or ribbon under the battery?

I was just about to suggest a small ribbon too.

Don't use a paperclip. You could short it out. Tape or a little ribbon which doesn't impede the connection would be good.
