How do sex toy manufacturers I wonder how these companies Engineer and "size" toys and decide where to put Rabbit parts etc?

I was wondering. Passion QT's Rabbit review started me thinking. I have not yet bought a Rabbit, ever. I can't decide on one I like enough, and they all seem to have different ways the clitoral attachment is angled and put ON the toy. Different features. No matter, I am doing OK without one so far.

I have NO idea what kind of rabbit would fit me.

There seems to be no standard, and really no way to find out. Do they measure women when they make the toys? Do I measure myself? What about angle?

My concern is;

How do these companies decide HOW to Engineer a Sex Toy? I wonder how these companies decide where to put the clit attachment and how to angle it? On themselves? On their wives? Are there "Vibrator Size Models" like clothing catalogs used to have clothing "Size Models" to make sure the clothing was sized properly to a "standard?"

I wish I knew.

I really wish that I did too. I also wonder how many toys are made by a bunch of men who have no clue when it comes to the female anatomy. Some I seriously wonder about.

Sometimes I get the feeling they really have no clue, and just throw together something they think they can sell quickly. The higher end brands seem like they probably put a little more thought into the engineering. As far as rabbits go, I have no idea. I've only tried one, and let me tell you, it definitely seemed like it was put together by someone with only a vague idea of female anatomy.
