Here's another idea I just had - how about you try a thrusting vibrator? It starts out on a certain length and thrusts automatically while inserted - maybe, this butterfly could help you take more inches?
There's also always an option of deep warming lubricants that attract more blood to your lady parts, bring heavier arousal and may allow you to stretch even further.
