iPhone App...

Okay...anyone know what the scoop is with the Ohmibod iPhone app? I'm finding frustratingly few instructions and am completely miffed by how my Club Vibe 2.OH might work with the app. How exactly does one "attach" vibe to app?

Someone did a really good review on how the app works when they reviewed a naughtibod I think it was. I cant for the life of me remember right now who did it.

Essentially you touch the screen in different places for different vibrations. You can touch more than one place and create patterns. It comes with some presets as well. The app is...alright. It's more of a novelty. It's almost impossible to sit there and control it via the app because it requires a lot of patience, in my opinion. Plus you need both hands to touch multiple places. At least I do, but keep in mind I'm clumsy. You can always hold the vibrator in your lap and preset patterns with it that way, in which case it may be useful. I never really use the app. I just wanted to say I had it.

Review link. This is my review on the NaughtiBod. It has screencaps and info on the app. It's not a ton of app detail, but it should give you a good idea of how it works and what it looks like.

Thanks for the tips - don't suppose you have any idea on how to get the Club Vibe 2.OH to connect to the app? Have the app downloaded...and the vibe working...now I just have to get the two to work together...ha!

Does the 2.OH have any connectivity via headphones? The NaughtiBod connects via headphones to the phone and then responds that way. Does the 2.OH have a plug?

It doesn't - definitely deepening the mystery. Neither remote nor vibe have a headphone jack. Only port is a mini USB (for charging) on the vibe. I've tried connecting the USB to my computer, hoping there was some sort of programming aspect, but it appears that's not the case - charging only.

Hmm...maybe it doesn't work with the app then. There has to be someway to connect it and unless there's a bluetooth chip in there, no wires means no connection. You can ask Sam. She did a review on the 2.OH so I know she has one. She might have some insight.

Oh man I hate to be a buzzkill, but I only have the vibe and not an iPhone, so I have no idea how the app would work together with it.

So...here's the update. I just heard from the ohmibod company owner and he said that the Club Vibe 2.OH is NOT compatible with the iPhone app - despite the fact that it says it is on the website and the packaging includes instructions / advertisement claiming the same. Gosh darnit!

After I ordered mine I find out that the app I want to get does not work on it. Well better for me to know than to spend an extra dollar.
