We used this in the shower and then ended up in the bed afterwards. The toy either wouldn't turn on or when it did come on it would shut off when the buttons were pushed. Wondering if the water messed it up because after a day or so it worked again.

I've heard that water-based lubes cannot be used with waterproof toys. Personally, this just sounds a little weird to me. Is that true or is it only...

Many toys marked waterproof, should be marked water resistant

Ive had alot of toys that ended up being "water resistant" when they are marked "water proof". Its a bummer!

I really hope that soon the site will have "water resistant" and not water proof. It really makes me sad.

The water may have been the culprit here, but the turning off when you press buttons happened to me too. Changing the batteries fixed the issue for me.

If it said 'waterproof', I would send in a support ticket about the problem. It might just be splash proof. Unfortunately a lot of products are like this, even when they say "waterproof".

I don't think I would take this one in the tub and would be very careful to make sure the batteries stay dry.
