Personally I wouldn't. That's a massage oil (as in external) and its ingredients are: Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Coconut Oil, Sesame Oil, Shea Butter, Isopropyl Myristate, Fragrance.

My concerns with using it for anal sex would be the Isopropyl Myristate, which has a drying effect, and the "Fragrance" which could be anything. You'd probably be better off buying one of the oils listed in the ingredients by itself, or an actual oil based lube.
