Issues with the We-Vibe Tango Charger

Mine has always had serious issues connecting to the magnetic charging base (had it for over a year). When connected properly, a little orange light should turn on signaling it is charging. Unfortunately for me, I have to do charging cord yoga to get this thing in *just* the right position with *just* the right amount of pressure against it to make charging possible, and even the slightest bump will break the connection. I often resort to using hair pins and inanimate objects in my room to keep it in position, if the usual propping-it-against-so mething trick doesn't work.

The charger doesn't fit "flat" against the underside of the vibe, instead rocking back and forth as if one were dented outward, which makes me curious as to whether this issue might have been caused through damage during the shipment process or if the base is just designed that way for whatever reason.

Anyone had any experience with this? Were you able to fix it, or is it possible to buy a replacement charger? (that is, assuming it's the charger and not the toy itself)

Have you thought about contacting We Vibe to see if they will replace the toy and the charger? A good number of toys these days have three year limited warranties. It's worth a shot in any event.

(I had to do this with OhMiBod concerning an issue with the BK Happiness and Joy. They replaced it within 24 hours.)

It never occurred to me that it might be still under warranty, it's been a year since I purchased it. Is there a way to tell from the product page how long it's covered? I'm going to look in on that. Thanks

They usually come with a warranty card or something to that effect, but I bet a quick phone call could take care of it! Just give them the item number so you don't have to reveal the product if you don't have any privacy. Even an email will probably get it resolved. All of that info is on the We Vibe site as we do not honor manufacturer warranties (but we do have a 60 day return policy).

I have the Salsa, Tango and touch and they all are a little touchy but the Tango is the most sensitive to get the charge, I don't know why. but you could talk to the company and see if they will try out a new charger attachment to see if that will fix the issue.
I feel your pain though, I love love love these toys but the charging can be touchy.
