Lelo toy warranty

Contributor: Zombirella Zombirella
I was just wondering about the 1 and the 10 year warranty for the Lelo toys, are they valid if the toy was received through EF on buy out assignments and points were used for the entire purchase or atleast accounting for 95% of the purchase?
Does anyone know for sure?

Does ... more
Since the points just turn into gift cards and the 30% buy out is really just a discount, I don't see why not. I'd call Eden or Lelo customer service if you want confirmation though.

Although I haven't bought from LELO directly, they've still honored the warranty that came with my toy. If anything goes wrong, it's best to contact LELO instead of the store you received the toy from.
