Well, it depends on preference and what you'd be using with it. If you plan on using that toy you have linked, you should only use water-based. You may like the feel of hybrid lubes, but the silicone on the lube will react with the silicone on that toy and destroy it.

Water based is best for a lot of toys, definitely if it's silicone. If you're bent on using silicone lube or a hybrid then cover the toy with a condom first.

DO not use silicone lube with silicone toys unless you are going to clean it IMMEDIATELY when you are done. And I'd still say use a water based lube with silicone toys,
