I bought a MiMi at the beginning of the year, and I really like it. However recently, it has been acting strange. I have it on and it gets really rumbley and the motor power goes down at least by half.Sometimes it fixes itself if I move it a certain way, other times it doesn't. I don't know what I should do. Should I e-mail customer service? Has anyone else had this problem or a similar one? All help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't had that problem, but I would definitely email customer service about it, or submit a support ticket. If it's within the right time frame, you may be able to get a replacement. I believe JeJoue also offers a warranty if it's outside of our return window.

It's been about 54 days, I found the pack slip which says I placed the order January 14th. I put in a Support Ticket that says this and to send me a UPS shipping label, since I don't have a printer, and it would be awkward to have to go to the library to fill out the information for it. I checked the MiMi warranty booklet, and it says that Je Joue will warranty for a year, but I need to send it back where I got it. I doubt that Eden would get it before the 60 days are up, so what else should I do? Thanks for helping by the way.
