Has anyone tried both of these? I would appreciate the comparison.

No. But I've been wanting Siri. I've read reviews religiously of both as well as questioned friends that own one of the two. I've heard very little that makes me want Mimi. I keep hearing that it's weak so the only people who Mimi might be perfect for are those that like weak vibrations. Personally, if I'm gonna pay that much for a tiny vibrator, it's going to get me off every single time I use it just like most of my $30 toys do. Siri though, I'm loving the way it sounds!

MiMi is one of the strongest vibrators I've found outside of wands/corded toys.
All the comparisons I've read say Siri is weaker, so I haven't looked at that one. Siri was on my list when I was looking for a first toy again, but I kept seeing references to it being weaker than others I was looking at so I put it to the side. Same with the Zini Seed.
I think a lot of it is personal preference and needs. MiMi is by no means diffuse (not like a wand or the Forbidden Fruit), but someone who wants very pinpoint would be better off with, say, the We-Vibe Salsa.
And I think people have the idea that "rumbly" in vibrations is "better". However, if someone prefers buzzy, MiMi might not feel right and they might prefer a weaker toy that has more "buzz" and feel it's stronger due to preference. When rating strength, I try to be unbiased and I rate by feel in the hand and then take shape and such into account.

I own both, and agree whole-heartedly! Siri seems to have more programed pulses, but Mimi is waterproof, has a better charger, and is definitely stronger. The only cons to both of them are the buttons. I bumped Siri buttons a lot, and had a hard time changing pulses on Mimi.

I don't own either but the reviews seem to make mimi sound more powerful. I'm curious for a comparison, too!
