#AskEden - Mona 2 Rattling?

Contributor: Intrepid Niddering Intrepid Niddering
So. I just got my Mona 2 a few days ago. It's only my third vibrator and the most powerful one yet, but I just wanted to make sure that it's supposed to sound like this. When it's on the lower settings, you can hear a very discernible rattling noise, as though there were a ball in the centre just banging around. When it's at the highest power, it can't be heard. My other vibes don't have this rattling noise, so I just wanted to see if this was normal or not.

Have you checked out reviews on Mona 2 to see if that is mentioned? I don't own her but if no one has the answer you can always create a support ticket an see if you can exchange it for another in hopes not to have the banging/rattling noise.

Some vibes are louder on the lower settings, so it might not be a defect. I'd check with Lelo and see what they say. They might even be able to replace it for you.

I've had vibes that do that. I would send it back to Eden as long as it's within the 60 days and get a replacement. I actually have this going on with my new Tango.

Almost exactly right, Beck! They'd have to contact Customer Service first via Support Ticket (the link to the page comes up when you click "AskEden" below).

Thanks everyone else, too!

What kind of Support Ticket would I be submitting, then? All the returns I've done have been through the order page. And it's decided that this -is- wrong, the noise it's making?
