New Picobong Preview

Contributor: Ryuson Ryuson
Hey, all! I just got one of the new Picobong toys in the mail today (to review on my blog) And I thought that I would at least put this out there for those who want info NOW. The toy that I personally got is the Zizo.

Let's talk about power! It's still fairly weak, just about 3 vrooms in strength on high, but the vibrations are pleasantly rumbly. They are entirely located in the tip of the toy. It's about 1.5 bees on high, so it's pretty quiet.

Now is it flexible? NOPE! It's ENTIRELY hard plastic. While that's fine for this versatile toy, it makes me worry that the rabbit in the line is the same way. I've never heard of a rabbit being entirely rigid, but at least the shaft doesn't look like it will have any give to it at all.

The controls are OODLES better on these new ones, you have three power settings and several vibrational settings. You get more power by pressing + and less by pressing -. You change the settings by pressing the middle M button.

I hope that I was able to help someone make a decision! Feel free to ask me any questions, I'd be happy to be a resource until those with DRs can get their more thorough reviews written.

Thanks so much for the preview!!! 3 vrooms is all? I need more. I kinda knew it was silly to hope, but hey, I'm an optimist! You're the best, Ryuson!!!

Aww thank you! I was hoping that it would have more power, too, especially since I know a lot of people need some oomph in a toy. Keep being an optimist, there are a lot of toys out there that will be great for you!

Ryuson, do you think the new picobongo toys are just the same as the new Lelo line Intimina? They look just the same.

They seem to be the same shape and material, but I haven't held an Intimina. It looks like the controls are similar but the Picobong has slightly different symbols and that the Intimina buttons aren't quite as raised.

The main question will be if it has the same motor. I really feel like it would be way too similar to have the two toys with the same motor. The Picobong toys are about $10 more expensive than their Intimina counterparts, but I don't know if that can be any indication of the power. (I have some $30 toys that are more powerful than $60 toys)

I suggest the Moka since that's the one I'm dying to see a review for!
