The suction on most of these is not good.

When I had mine, I notice the suction could be good if you got it position just right but the worst thing was trying to clean it. Your juices collect in the cup like portion and it is too small to get anything in there to properly clean it, so after a short time I had to throw mine away.

I tried one with a similar shape (but without that weird tongue thing in it) and it did not work for me. The suction wasn't very good, and the vibrations weren't strong enough either... this one looks a little bit better, but the reviews don't sound promising.
