Rechargeables, plug-ins, or batteries?

Contributor: SneakersAndPearls SneakersAndPearls
I've noticed lately that I won't give a toy a second look unless it is rechargeable or plugs in. Does anyone else do that?

What do you tend to buy more of? Rechargeables, plug-ins, batteries? A mix?

Yes, I go for rechargeable toys too. I'm really tired of searching for batteries all the time.

I buy mostly rechargeables, but I'd prefer to have more plug-ins. I rarely use toys outside of my bedroom so plug-in toys are actually convenient for me.

Rechargeables are so much easier than dealing with batteries.

When I knew less about the world of toys, I bought exclusively battery-powered toys! Now, I'm a fan of rechargeables and USB powered ones.

I prefer rechargeable, but If I want a vibe I don't care what it uses. although if it uses anything smaller then AAA I wont purchase. I don't mind AA's, they are easy to find and replace. Love having my Fairy wand plug in, and love my We-Vibe Salsa rechargeable, and my Lelo Liv is great to only need to recharge it after every 4 or so uses.

I have a mix of both. I use rechargeable batteries for toys that take batteries.

Rechargeable is usually one of the features we look for. But it it's not, we just use rechargeable batteries

I prefer rechargeables but so far I've been having bad luck.

But there seems to be more complications with rechargeables which I don't like. Batteries tend to have less and plugins the wire tend to get in the way and the actual vibrator is bulky.

If only they made a bullet with a thin wire, that'd be awesome

I prefer to purchase battery powered devices. this way if the power runs out, I can swap them out quickly and not have to wait for the device to recharge. I do not like plug-ins b/c of the lack of portabilty and access to an outlet. the cost of the device is less with the battery operated vs the rechargeable.

I apologize to the environment b/c of the waste I create with a battery powered device.

I have battery powered, but I would make use of a rechargeable if I owned one.
