I plan on purchasing either the Tango or Salsa bullets soon. I know I would love the Little Secret Tease if the vibrations were strong enough, but I've read that they are rather weak. Do you think the sleeve would fit over either of these bullets?

I think it would.
From the size description of the bullet those come with, it sounds about the same size.
I held the Tango up to some 1:1 images and it seemed the same size, too.

Yes, they fit. However the Salsa may fit a little better because the Tango leaves a little space in the sleeve even when it's pushed all the way in. If you're using pressure it might not transfer.
