If you're going to be sitting for a long time the base might get a bit uncomfortable, though, especially if you fail to "spread your cheeks" before sitting down.

They feel great.
The medium takes a little warming up to, but eventually you can get it in.
The large is HUGE and will hurt trying to get it in, but eventually you should be able to if you push enough.

It takes a while, but I can get the Sexy Spades Large and the A-Bomb in without pain. There's definitely a sensation of tightness and stretching, but no pain. Pain is bad.

Once it is in the rectum it feels wonderful, but I think it harder for me because I have a small hemroid on the inner sphincter.
Hell I can insert the njoy 2.0 plug in the shower without any lube, without experiencing any pain at all (and even without warming up) but it appears that anything over 2 inches starts to cause some unpleasant feelings in the sphincter.
There is no way I would get the A-bomb in though, because it is silicone. Any large objects that go into my ass must be smooth and frictionless or it wont work, haha.

I like using greasy lubes - shea or cocoa butter based, but silicone will also be a better choice then water based.

The outer sphincter can open up just fine (Especially since it is controlled by the SNS - Somatic Nervous System, which is under voluntary control), but its the inner one (controlled by the ANS - Autonomic Nervous System, for involuntary control) that hurts with anything greater than 2 inches (even after lots of warmup)
After it is past the inner sphincter into the rectum, it feels great, and removal isn't a problem as long as the neck doesn't get too narrow (so the sphincter remains stretched)
Anyway; I have also noticed that sticking occurrence went doing extended wear with plugs. (Such as keeping one in when sleeping) Most likely it is from the rectum absorbing it. The rectum and column does slowly generate a little bit of a lube itself, but it isn't really enough to keep things slippery enough to have the plug turn freely after not touching it a while

I have the sexy spades medium and it definitely takes some effort for me to get it in. Lots of relaxation as ScottA said. As for long term wear, it is not the best thing around for that because the material is unforgiving and the base is not shaped to fit well between the cheeks, but the base isn't huge, so it really isn't too bad. The 2.0 plug that Alt was talking about would probably be better for long term wear, but that does cost a lot more.

The colon and rectum have the specific task of removing water from whatever is in them, so most if not all water-based lubes don't stand a chance. Oil or silicone are good with hard toys, and water-based lubes that contain glycerin are a bit better used anally (the glycerin attracts and holds on to water and counteracts (somewhat) the rectum's ability to grab the water).

I enjoy the Njoy 2.0 and Eleven butt, I've desired a plug that could be stimulating while sitting. All this great info convinced me to try this in a medium...for now.
