SinFive Eve - bullet vibe not working

Contributor: bondage.fairy bondage.fairy
Hi,

I hope anyone can help me. I have bought a Sinfive Eve on Saturday while visiting a friend in a different part of my country, so I can't really go there and ask for help or return. I wish I could order from this site but I live in a different part of the world.

Anyway, here's the problem: When I pushed the button on the bullet vibe for the first time today nothing happened, so I twisted around and on whole half of the bullet came off. I guess it is supposed to be like this, but the switch and a loose silver part fell out and I don't know how exactly to put everything together like it was before/to make it work. I even tried changing the batteries but nothing happens? Can anyone give me an explanation how the bullet vibe should look "inside"? Maybe a picture?
Can I send the bullet vibe to the company that produces them (lucky for me they produce in my country)???

Any help would be appreciated, this vibe should have been an early birthday present to myself and my first one and now I am really frustrated with my experience ...

Contacting the manufacturer would definitely yield results! They might be able to answer your questions or they may request that you send them the toy to fix or replace. Either way it can't hurt to try! Good luck.

I guess I won't have to do that! I managed to make it work for a few seconds this morning after playing around for a bit. So it does work, the only problem I have now is where to place the silver part(I wish I know how it is called, shame on me!) so the vibe goes on when I move the switch...?

If you call like Airen said, they could probably help you put it back together the right way!
