Best machines will be the $250+ ones. I understand they are very noisy though

Spirit Sex Machine In my opinion, this one is too loud and clumsy for the price. However, the fact that it mounts and is rechargeable is definitely in its favor.
If you are looking for anal thrusters Swinger is where it's at. (Sorry you guys had trouble OH&W)
Indulger is a bit loud and needs a hand to anchor it so it doesn't thrust out vs in. It is rechargeable and has a good amount of girth.
Long John is my favorite. I did a review on this one too, but it was during the pilot of the new format so it didn't post to the site. This one has a realistic feel with the shape and raised veins and is a good size. It is not rechargeable however (boo).
All of the products mentioned have multiple settings and vibration levels. The thrusting action adds at most a couple inches to them, but, the power these types of toys have is the rhythmic movement across your gspot (for vagina owners)...and they don't tire out like a human
